Our standard check-in time is at 15:00. If you require an early check-in, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request and will confirm the possibility by the day before your arrival. Since we are not a hotel, it is essential that we have your exact arrival details ahead of time. Upon arrival, you have the option to self-check-in using the lockbox located at Sophellie's. Alternatively, if our schedule permits, we will personally welcome you to ensure you settle in comfortably.

πΎ The awkward restroom request
We kindly request that you refrain from disposing of toilet paper or any other sanitary items in the toilet. This is due to the relatively narrow diameter of Greek sewage pipes, which can lead to clogging. Instead, we kindly ask you to utilize the provided bin in the bathroom for proper disposal.

Tap water in Skiathos is unsuitable for consumption or cooking purposes, even if it is boiled. Therefore, upon your arrival, you will find a bottle of water placed in your refrigerator. You can purchase bottled water from the nearby mini markets in the vicinity.
β Important Notice Regarding Tap Water Usage:
Due to the recent dry season, we kindly ask all guests to use water wisely during their stay. During the high season, especially from July to August, the increased demand often leads to reduced water pressure in the evenings. This is a common issue throughout Skiathos Town, not just our property.
To help us conserve water, please ensure taps are turned off when not in use. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in helping us manage this vital resource. Thank you for your understanding and assistance!
If the cancellation is made 21 days prior to the agreed arrival date the booking deposit is refunded minus bank or card handling fees. For cancellations made within 21 days before the arrival date the guest must pay the hotelier the 50% of the total cost of the canceled booking. For cancellations made during the guestβs stay an additional 50% of the remaining days of the booking is charged. The above cancellation policy does not apply to non-refundable bookings where the total cost of the booking is charged.
Non refundable reservations require full payment to be made at the time of booking. No refund will be offered for cancellations, no-shows and early departures.
